And it is my fervent belief that it is caused by too much fat in the diet, and in particular hard fat, such as from steak, pork, bacon, deep fried chicken, donuts, and anything cooked in hydrogenated oil.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
