Fatigue and tiredness are known to make anyone yawn. The reason why you might yawn is not getting enough rest, or out of boredom. Try taking a break when you feel tired and see if that helps.

Not to minimize the Apnea issue as that can seriously affect energy levels and ultimately performance but I would be inclined to think it is more of an oxygenation issue. I would recommend you boost your cardio-respiratory fitness by doing some cardio work on a regular basis. I've seen this phenomenon before and cardiovascular conditioning often makes it better.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
