Why do Jehovahs Witnesses come on Answers?

1.) Sometimes JWs on here view apostate questions just to see what foolishness they're rambling on with, and if they see a reason to speak up and correct it - they will, under their own choice. 2.) It's against Y! Answers rules to even post questions that are meant to be hurtful to a certain person or group.

So Jehovah's Witnesses have every right to report a question that is openly bashing them. It's not like questions from Jehovah's Witnesses themselves don't get reported. I've had a few of my questions reported, just because I ended up explaining something instead of really asking a question.

What's the report log? "Your question has been deleted due to violating the Yahoo! Answers rule: Posting a question that involves you chatting to another person/ranting." 3.) We go out in the preaching work whenever we have the time.

We don't have to do it every waking hour of our lives. And we don't do it because the "governing body tells us to". We do it because we're following the Bible command of Matthew 24: 14 and we're trying our best to imitate Jesus and his early followers.

4.) We come to this site because we have right too like anyone else. It's a public question-and-answer hub, which just so happens to have a "Religion and Spirituality" section - where some users actually ask genuine questions about Jehovah's Witnesses. And if they're asking with a hope of an actual Jehovah's Witness answering - who should answer?

You do the math. 5.) This website has become a weapon for aggressive ex-JWs and JW-opposers to use. People like you use this site to slander Jehovah's Witness at any chance you get.

If we're an "unholy cult" for trying to preach the good news of God's word to the spiritually-dark public, and separate ourselves from this rebellious, filthy world - all while living in peace with our fellow spiritual brothers and sisters; then I surely don't want to be a part of a group of individuals who spend their time rolling around in pools of hate and negativity, obsessing over a religion they're no longer a part of - and bashing that religion and it's members consistently, day-after-day. Yeah ~ wonderful party you're attending, huh? How's the chip and dip, and the punch?

In Conclusion: We have a right to be here. There's no rule that says we can't traverse the Internet and that we can only visit our official website. We're just cautioned that whenever we come online, we should be attentive and wise - just as an experienced driver would be ~ to avoid "crashing" - or in this case, running into anything that can be spiritually and morally harmful to us.

And just because a few Jehovah's Witnesses visit the R&S section of this website, that doesn't mean that EVERY JW who DOES come here, even touches the R&S section. Do you see how much OTHER CATEGORIES there are? - That's what I thought.

THIS - is one of the rare times I come here to answer a question from someone like you. I hate doing this, but the Bible says that there is "a time for everything". And this is a suitable time, in my opinion, to step to the plate and clean up the mess you made on my religion's name.

I don't appreciate it - and neither do any other Jehovah's Witness who seeks to come here just to answer genuine questions from curious ones. In the process, we're not just answering their questions - we also take on the duty of cleaning up any misconceptions they may have picked up from listening to people like you - who are as backwards as a car thrown into reverse. THAT'S why we come here.

Because we feel a need to. ESPECIALLY when we have to clear the name of the religion we are a part of. We don't have to be here.

We choose to be here - because last time I checked ~ every, single, human being, has the ability of free will. That is all, ma'am.

At their latest meeting, the JW Superiors commanded oooops I mean suggested they (the sheep like people) not have any if little interaction with apostates on websites such as Yahoo answers. Obviously many on here are disobeying the new rule.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
