Why do Liberals Support the Constitutional Rights of the Ground Zero Mosque, but don't Support Glenn Beck's?

Please get your facts straight. There is no plans for a mosque and the COMMUNITY CENTER they are planning is NOT at ground zero. And what your CREDIBLE source for the assertion that liberals oppose a church at ground zero.

You people just have to lie all the time. Doesn't it ever bother you, being a religious person and all. We support it because we believe in what this country is about, including freedom of religion.

Something you conservatives have no concept of, trying to force everyone to believe in what you believe. That's not freedom of religion and it's something the founding fathers were very much against. It was a big factor in people settling here.

I haven't heard of anyone opposing any "ground zero church". The only mention of a church was that the more fair and balanced media have reported that there already is a church closer to Ground Zero than the planned community center and NOBODY has ever objected to it. As for the misnamed "Ground Zero mosque", that's nothing but a propaganda phrase dreamed up by Republican politicians to manipulate gullible sheeple like you.

It's not at Ground Zero and it's not a mosque. It's a community center two blocks away, separated from it by enough huge buildings that you can't see it from Ground Zero. You'd have to go out of your way to look for it if you visited the site.

They'd be making the same fuss if it were two miles away, or 20 miles away. It's all about fear-mongering for political gain. If we allow ouselves to be swayed by such groundless fears, it will be a victory for terror.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
