Why do Muslims lack human compassion and common decency by building a 9/11 Victory Mosque near Ground Zero?

I think some people just don't get the mentality. These people, in the name of religion, are inhumane to women, they believe differently than other people. It is OK to kill if it is in the name of your faith, to them.

Some may not be the real radical types, but any faith that would condone building a mosque in a spot that so deeply offends others cannot be a good and kind and peaceful faith. Look at the protests and the outcry, do they care? Not one bit.

It is a selfish faith and a rude faith if they will not reconsider their plans in order to promote goodness and harmony. If this were a Christian church and there was such offense, any GOOD Christian would do the right thing to promote peace and harmony. No, I do not believe any longer (after this) the constant outcry from people that "most" muslims are "good" anymore.

If they go ahead with this, then are forever an evil cult-like group to me that has become the enemy. Sorry, but I speak from my heart. This situation changed me and I used to be one of the ones who would defend all muslim people and continue to say that it was only a few who were bad.

If they do this, they are bad and we are all in for big trouble. Their unwillingness to change their mind on this show quite clearly they are a cruel and selfish people and are not to be trusted. If they changed their minds and moved, for the good of all, then I would re-think my opinion of them.

Right now, they and ALL of them are now my enemy and I feel the enemy of my country.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
