Why do people think its stupid to Join the Military?

I feel like the social attitude for the military is that it is for those who fail and can't do anything else,". That is one of the stupidest things anyone has said all day. In my town, if you join the Military, it's considered one of the greatest honors for the family.

It's a great idea to try and join the Military. It'll turn you into a more mature and wise individual.

Yes its stupid, I deeply regret being a Naval Officer and flying jets. Its impossible to find a good job with prior military experience, especially at major corporations. Whatever you do, seriously, don't join my military--we don't want you.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
