Why do questions with a "Negative Vote" show up, at the top, of the "Unanswered Question" list?

The unanswered questions show up in the unanswered question queue because they are unanswered. They are cycled through that section in automated fashion that takes into consideration only whether or not the question has been answered ....not interesting or uninteresting votes. I feel since each question may be interesting to one person but uninteresting to another and the subjectivity of the voting interesting or uninteresting system that all questions that are unanswered be cycled equally though the unanswered question queue. To do anything else would be unfair to everyone.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
