Watching TV is a danger zone for unhealthy eating because: You are not actively involved in doing anything, so your mind wanders, often settling on the desire to snack. You will normally only have time to watch TV after dinner, which means that whatever calories you eat will not have much time to be burned off before you go to bed. And, because you've already had dinner, you're not eating out of hunger, you're eating out of boredom, which always spells danger.
You'll look for quick, convenient snacks, to avoid missing any of your show. This means you're probably eating highly processed carbohydrates out of a bag or a box, which means you won't know how much you've eaten (unless you eat the entire box, in which case, I'm not sure you want to know how much you've eaten). You want to go along with the crowd.
If the groupthink says that ordering in is natural and necessary to enjoying television with friends, who are you to contradict?
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
