Why do the scotish university students get free tuition if the english tax payers are paying for it?

Citizenship and/or Nationality are irrelevant, where you are domiciled (where you live) is the key. If you live in Scotland or any EU country (except England, Wales and Northern Ireland) three years prior to starting the course, you qualify to have your tuition fees at a Scottish university paid for by the Scottish Government. If you live in England, Wales or Northern Ireland, your fees are £1820 per year.

If you are outside the EU, international fees vary between universities so look on the university's website.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
