Why does Askville have a Forum for "Site Discussions" when nobody on the team responds to the suggestions there?

Maybe they should rename that section "Circular File. " I thought it was bad when nobody got back to mine in 4 days, but I see Ichthy has a suggestion that is TWO WEEKS old, with no attention from a Site Admin. We're just pissing in the wind!

I'll answer your question if you can tell me why they started a Help Forum and not one of them has checked in to help anyone. I've been waiting for help for 4 months now.

Uh yeah,why do think I bitch so much I'm trying to get their attention but it is just falling on deaf ears,this site is coasting down ward with out any brakes and people are jumping off as fast as they can,and Amazon seems to want it that way for some reason.

It DOES take time to evaluate suggestions and code them into changes.

Acknowledgment is nice while we wait. Like a weekly check in at the "Site Suggestion" and "Help" forums to say, "Thanks for all your valuable feedback! We are evaluating your suggestions and appreciate the investment you have in Askville's success!"

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
