Why doesn’t Lewisville declare English as its official language?

A. All city business is conducted primarily in English. If someone comes forward to conduct business with the city and needs assistance in a language other than English, then we attempt to reasonably accommodate that person.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
