Why is it so hard for me to believe that my boyfriend excepts the fact that I have herpes?

This happened to my boyfriend with his ex - he told me when I found out I had genital herpes. He accepted her back because he loved her and he is just one of those guys who doesn't think herpes is a big deal. He is a nurse and has seen much worse - in the great scheme of things, he knows genital herpes is no worse than a cold sore.

And yes, he had unprotected sex with her - he was going to marry her, why would he see it as a big deal? For every man that will be paranoid about it, there are several more who just don't care about it. It is obviously you he cares about, not your virus, and I sincerely believe that won't change.

I caught herpes from him - but not because he caught genital herpes from her - he never did. He always got cold sores and gave it me that way. We have unprotected sex, it is not a problem.

Be really thankful you have a man who isn't hung up on things like that and obviously cares about you. And plenty of people in their right mind have unprotected sex with people ... more.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
