Why is there a law on an age to buy a pellet gun?

Responsibility has to be established. Because of the disparity in mental age in the very young, a proscribed age is the only way it can be hopfully guaranteed that the general public will be responsible enough to safely own a gun.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
