Why should I practice healthy habits if I have a child?

Many of you don't really start to think about yourself as a "role model" until your children are conscious of you and your habits. That's when it becomes imperative to pay closer attention to your actions. If you don't eat like your kids, what message are you sending?

Kids learn through watching and attempting to mimic their parents. Think about where you learned your habits -- both good and bad. Remember, your kids are watching you as much or more than they are listening to you.

Don't expect your child to love being active if you're not. If they ask where you are going and you say, "I have to go work out; I have to use my muscles," they will begin to understand the importance of exercise. They need to know that you spent part of your day in a workout.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
