Why should Republicans have to make concessions so that Obama can raise the debt ceiling to spend more money?

Obama still thinks that he can spend his way out of debt. The last 4 years have proven otherwise.

I know for a fact he will spend the money because the debt ceiling is for paying our creditors for what we already bought, not new spending. We could cut spending by 100%, we'd still need to raise the debt ceiling because the money's already spent. Your question, in essence, is the equivalent of saying "Do you really believe that if I pay my cable bill this month, that I won't spend the money?"

Of course you'll "spend the money" you already spent it on a month of cable.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
