Yes your earnings will be carried forward to the next month. At Adbrite you set the minimum amount and the lowest amount is $5. It takes 60 days(if I remember well) to get your check.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
