Will the government ever improve the quality of education in inner city public schools?
Yes. BUT, it has to start with the parents not the childrens education. Children always learn what the parents do.
It's an endless cycle. The kids always remember what the parents say and do even after they leave the nest.
Well; the LONGER the Kids are OFF the Streets & In School, the LESS likely They'll be out Shooting Somebody. That WOULD reduce the Crime Rate some- don't You Think?! :o.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
