Will this exercise routine help me burn fat and gain muscle?

Jog for 30 minutes every other day. You can do sprints if you want to burn calories faster. You do this every other day so that your leg muscles have time to heal.

Muscle- Don't lift weights. Weight lifting is for people who want to LOOK stronger, but calisthetics will make you sronger, but won't make you LOOK as strong as weight lifting does. Do some pushups, do the max amount of pushups you can 5 days of the week, and rest on the weekend.

You can buy an Iron Gym workout bar that goes on your door for $20-30 dollars at walmart, or sports authority ( use this as well on weekdays). This is a GREAT workout. But, if you REALLY want to bulk up like bodybuilder type, eat alot of protein and lift weights.

Make sure you get your daily vitamins, though.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
