I'd like to talk to you about how to gain muscle while losing fat. Anytime that you are engaging into an exercise routine it is important to establish your goals. Most of us always want to have a nice lean overall muscular appearance to appear more athletic with less body fat and in doing so you've got to have a good muscular foundation which includes you adding a strength training program to your regular activities.
In adding that strength training program the goal would be to see the fruits of your labor in those muscles becoming more defined and having a more toned appearance. That requires you lowering your levels of body fat. Through diet and exercise you can achieve those goals and results.
