It was around 16 hours. I was a part-timer at the Post Office, sorting mail on Christmas Eve. There was no one waiting for me at home, other than a VERY well trained dog (with an amazing capacity for holding his pee) After eight hours the boss said some could go home, after ten he sent more home, at 14 hours it was just me and an old Jewish man.
We finished the sorting at 3am and both headed home to sleep and , in my case, let a dog out.
10 hours. It was at this burger place. I was 16, I started my shift at 12 in the afternoon, got a half an hour lunch, then at 10pm went home.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
