Would you advertise your small business on Craigslist.org? Is this professional?

No, I wouldn't advertise my small business on Craigslist. I've browsed the Help Wanted and other job-related sections, and by and large, they seem to be taken over by scammers. As they say, you are judged by the company you keep, and this isn't the kind of company I'd want my business to keep.

There are more legitimate places to advertise -- local publications, word of mouth, that sort of thing. Plus, I wouldn't want to end up on You Suck At Craigslist!

Here yes. Craigslist is small here and not full of spam, but a great method of reaching a wide range of people. I can't see a small of hurting you.

I have seen bigger states craigslist though where it literally is just spam so else where.. no.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
