First of all, no...you do not need to refund due to "buyer's remorse". Now, having said that, you may still need to refund anyway. If your stated dimensions are not the actual dimensions of the purse, all the buyer needs to do is file a significantly-not-as-described ("SNAD") case against you.
And (sadly) eBay will likely side with the buyer on this one, even for something as insignificant as an inch or so. If the dimensions are equal, then you should be safe. Remember, though, that the buyer can STILL file a SNAD case against you, but they'll have to come up with a legitimate reason for doing so.
So you're probably safe, but be forewarned that this could still end up with you getting a Negative Feedback. Hope this helps.
No if you stated on the auction. No returns, then she should not have bid. You gave the dimensions.
Just stop communicating with her. Im guessing something has happened to it, and not she wants pull a fast one on you. You'll get it back damaged probably.
This is exactly why I quit selling on Ebay. These people don't read, then cause a problem. If she leaves you a negative feedback, contact Yahoo about having it removed.
Or at least reply to it..so it won't hurt your reputation.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
