Tomatillo I recommend tomatillo salsa. Ingredients: A bunch of tomatillos Onion (white) Green onions (use the white part and a bit of the greenish part) Garlic Cilantro Sea Salt Tomato (green or red) Chop up all the ingredients in a food chopper until it becomes liquidy and smooth. Then squeeze in a bunch of lime juice and serve with fresh hot corn chips.

Delicious! Add ingredients in a proportion that sounds good to you. I like to add lots of tomatillo, cilantro and garlic, and not so much tomato.

Salt to taste. For a variation, pan fry the garlic and white onion until it is golden brown and gets all that yummy carmelization going on and then add it to the mix. This will give your salsa an added "roasted" flavor that goes great with the insane freshness of the cilantro and tomatillos.

You can’t go wrong by adding some white pepper to this recipe as well. I also like to add some cayenne powder to make it a bit spicier, but due to the zap of fresh flavors you can enjoy this one sans hot peppers if you want.
