Get them to the vet ASAP, that is totally NOT good. Have they all been vaccinated? They may have contracted some disease, or ingested some poison .

Please, get them all in to the vet as soon as you can! It sounds like they have contracted something contagious. Are you seeing any other unusual behavior, like listlessness, vomiting, hiding?

Are they drinking normally? Are they using the litter box? Any diarrhea?
