I drank a bottle of 1990 to other day, it was amazing, and was going to peak within the year. So, it can sit around for a while longer, but would be good now too. The tannins will go out of it in a few more years, but to get specifics you should call the winery and see how that one is holding up.
They might still be selling it, which means they will be tasting it and should know how it has aged.
Red wines you want to served at room temperature and you want to let them "breathe" (pop the cork and let it sit) for at least 20 minutes before drinking.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
