Anyone have any thoughts of what the aftermath might be if the EU and other countries place tighter sanctions on Iran?

Nothing. I don't think they care a whole lot about sanctions. Sanctions don't work on these guys.

They have been under sanctions and it is just business as usual. What is the international community going to do? -put them on double secret super sanctions and maybe accompany them with a strongly worded letter expressing our discontent.

We let them invade embassies and say 'that is unacceptable', then everyone just sits back and accepts it. Cowardly leadership from around the world has led to this troublesome country. They are like the lone bully in a room full of wimps- what do we expect is going to occur.

Iran doesn't want to play in our game, so excluding them from our game is not some awful punishment for them. No one is willing to do anything truly provocative, so the stalemate continues. Soon they will have a nuclear bomb and the tension will increase.

But as long as they have a couple of big brothers watching out for them there is not much that the world community will do.

Hard to know. The whole area is a real worry at present. I really wonder if Israel will take some action in the future for its survival.

Iran will be dust if it does intend to use any nuclear weapons on anyone. You know how much I love religious crazies! Jexebellion 5 days ago.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
