Are DHS TSA highway checkpoints "obedience training" for American citizens?

Yes and I belive we need to put these checkpoints in oakland, washington DC and around all the airports. Then move em out to train, rail and bus stations. Nobody should pass threw em not even the president and his family without a naked body scan and a full cavity search.

No exceptions we never know who will be the next terrorist and our president should lead by example. So all roads to the white house is where the first scanners should be setup by the TSA. His entire staff including his secret service agents need to be scanned, all white house guests as well.

No more than I support drug testing people without reason. Do you complain about the random checkpoint stops in states with a border with Mexico, even though they net lots of illegals? Or is your belief in liberty not so determined about that?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
