Are Quebec residents eligible to win Prizes on GameTV Bingo?

As per the Rules and Conditions listed on the GameTV website, Quebec residents are not eligible. For quick reference, pasted below is the relevant section from the website. 8.

ELIGIBILITY: GameTV Bingo is open to all residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who are the age of majority or older within the province in which they reside. The employees of GameTV and each of its officers, directors, shareholders, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buying and promotional agencies and members of their respective immediate families or persons with whom any of the foregoing is domiciled are not eligible to play or win GameTV Bingo. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
