Lower the resolution make sure your not running anything else. There is no need to overclock your pc is fast enough.

Hd 5670 is for casual gamers its a good card but not a great card either. You won't get smooth fps at that resolution with the card definitely not with dirt 3 its a recent game with direct x 11 and if you runnuing on directx 11 then probably your game will be much slower ,the card is not powerful enough to run directx11 at that resolution.So you might want to consider tuning some settings down.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
