Dude you gpu is way bottlenecking your biuld you'll want a new gpu 5450 will be perfect for your psu BUT the gpu is slow so I recommend you buy a Nvidia geforce GT440 for about $80 but first you might want a good quality 400~500w PSU and make sure it supplies that amount of power getting a quality 500w psu will give you upgrade headroom in the future.

You might need a power supply of 700W if 5450 have 6-pin power connector. But a minimum of 400W power supply is a must. Rest, everything is ok!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
