Average price per piece to have a professional jeweler clean fine jewelry after a disaster?

This would depend on the amount of *damage* per peice obviously; but to just clean them from debris - I would not see charging more than $15.00 to $25.00 per item. Only other thing would be the Size - it it were a very large necklace or braclet...There are factors involved - not a simple $$ answer question! Is it fire damage as in soot?

Or mud? Or what type of damage?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
