Blood vessel that carries blood back to the heart from the lungs?

Vessels that take blood away from the heart are arteries, and to the heart are veins Blood vessel carrying blood from lungs to heart is called Pulmonary Vein. There are 4 pulmonary veins. (2 from left lung & 2 from right lung).

They open into the left Atrium.
