Your tank is 10 gallons from previous questions so the answer is your tank is not big enough to support either but you could have 3-4 pygmy Corie's.

Tank is too small for a BN but you could do a school of 5-6 ottos in there. Or maybe you could have a couple of Pitbull plecs.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
