Buyer wants full refund on eBay for item that does not fit?

Try ebay live chat, there you could obtain info on to how to proceed. Tell him that a refund will not be given until you have the item in your hands & in the same condition it was sent. A retail shop will not give a refund unless you had over the item will they?

If he does buy more things from you on another user id purely to leave you a neg you can report him to ebay as a malicious bidder & they will remove any feedback he leaves. He sounds like a nutter! Good luck.

Ebay takes these things into account when looking at these cases, they should have a number for you to call and explain your situation.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
