Can I make VoIP call with my iPad?

There are a number of VOIP apps you can use to make phone calls on a iPad. You can use the skype app to make skype to skype calls and if you get a skype out number you can make calls anywhere. There is another app called line2 which looks really cool.It hooks into a virtual pbx system and has a bunch of additional features that are very interesting if you need a second line for business use.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
