I think that's a fair statement. I mean, The Rock wasn't the best wrestler nor the worst, but he knew how to carry himself and put on a good show. His mic skills are amazing and he does a good job getting the crowd hooked.
I always respected him for that. His mic skills are most definitely better than his wrestling skills. He's a good wrestler in my opinion.
We could even say the same thing about guys like John Cena. His mic skills are better than his wrestling skills. I appreciate both mic skills and wrestling skills.
Charisma is important to me too because I hate feeling "dead" while watching a match. I like to get into it. The Rock has always been known for his great promos and everything, that's what makes him special.
He's like no one else. I think this year may be remembered for returns, but also a great year for building up Wrestlemania. I think the Rock's return will make this year remembered.
I would describe The Rock's return with three words: Electrifying, charismatic, Awesome! The Rock's return received the loudest ovation in PG Era history (Yes) or (No)- Yes The greatest male Pro Wrestler of all time is: Shawn Michaels My favorite male Pro Wrestler is: Alberto Del Rio. Not only is he good looking, but he has a lot going for him.
He has charisma and I love his arrogant attitude. He's a great wrestler and he knows what he's doing. He's good at carrying himself in his matches and he can put on a good show.
I hope he does well in his future. He worked hard to get where he is at now. Much love to him.
He sure is the future of the WWE. The greatest female Pro Wrestler of all time is: Sara Del Rey. I really like her and she has earned my respect.
It's a shame women like her are pushed to the side by " out of the catalog" women like Kelly Kelly that can't even wrestle her way out of a paper bag. Del Rey isn't just a pretty face, she's tough and she can throw down in the ring, she knows how to wrestle well and she's a strong woman with a huge heart. Her passion is for the business is really inspirational.
She loves what she does and I can see it in her eyes. I have nothing but respect for her. My favorite female Pro Wrestler is: Chyna.
God bless her. Ladies: Sara Del Rey & Natalya vs. Gail Kim & Beth Phoenix would be a legendary match. Guys: Evan Bourne & Daniel Bryan vs. Rey Mysterio & John Morrison would be a legendary match.
WOW that's a lot of **** there in your post. Wrestling will NEVER be what it was once. You can go back to The Rock, Austin, Jericho, Savage, Warrior Dusty Rhodes, and even the great promo's of Flair and you will see that when wrestlers were allowed to say things on the fly it made for better entertainment.
Back in the day (god that makes me sound old) you would have guys that actually worked on their mic skills. Some of the guys mentioned above were actually amazing with a mic. Jericho and the early career of Flair are by far the best I think wrestling has ever seen.
Now a days though EVERYTHING is scripted. It is very hard for people in the business today to hone their skills when they are simply memorizing what they are having to say instead of reacting to situations and just "shooting the ****" like they would normally do. There are some situations where wrestlers today do get a chance to jump off the page and say some things here and there thatwasn'tt scripted but overall its just sad.
If you want to see some great mic skills...Jericho is the early WCW days, he was a MASTER. Then look at what he was like in the WWE...huge difference. Flair is the same way.
Check out his stuff from NWA and then see stuff from like 04-08. You can tell they are so different. I would describe The Rock's return with three words: _charismatic, crowd pleasing, & and true entertainer.
The Rock's returnreceivedd the loudest ovation in PG Era history (Yes) or (No). The greatest male Pro Wrestler of all time is: Bob Backlund My favorite male Pro Wrestler is: The Undertaker. Luna Vachon....Greatest that I have seen while I have been alive.
I am sure there were others before hand though The greatest female Pro Wrestler of all time is: Greatest that I have seen while I have been alive. I am sure there were others before hand though My favorite female Pro Wrestler is: Alundra Blaze Hart Foundation vs. Free Birds would be a legendary match. This is hard depending on what type of wrestler you enjoy watching, but I am a sucker for great tag team matches Last question: Who was the lady we saw in the limo on Monday Night Raw?
Your thoughts? The woman was a tease, a fake. She was shown only to make fans think that it was a woman who was going to be the host of WM this year.
It was simply a diversion until it was time for The Rock to come out.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
