Computer question. How can I tell if I can put my swap file on a solid state hard drive? Will this idea work on a PCIE slot, or does it have to be a second hard drive setup?

Eligible drives are shown in a list. You can tell if a drive is eligible to use as a host for your Windows paging file if it appears in a list. Open your control panel (doesn't matter what OS), and select the System applet.

Select the Advanced tab, then select Performance. Push the button for Settings... Select the Advanced tab on the dialog that opens. Under Virtual memory, push the Change... button.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
