Washington DC will be more expensive than Podunk Iowa.2. Foundation: what sort of land? Clay, mix, rock?

How much shoring needs to be done? Water table, drainage? 3.

Amenities - septic or sewer connection? Distance from house to street? How much exterior infrastructure to home site?4.Etc.

Basically there is just too much information missing to give anywhere near a rational estimate.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
