Gas prices ~ We live in Gilbert, AZ. And we filled up our Honda Odyssey yesterday and it took $60.00. Our gas price is $3.35 a gallon.

I spoke to my brother yesterday who lives in Limon, CO. And he said that he filled up his SUV and paid $3.49 a gallon, but Limon is in the middle of know where and if you don't stop and get gas there then you have to go quite a ways to the next town, so a lot of truckers stop there, so they can pretty much get away with charging you an arm and a leg for a tank of gas! These prices are horrible!

When is it going to stop? How much are we going to pay for a gallon of gas? I don't understand why we are paying these high prices.

And it doesn't seem to us that people are slowing down, we commented yesterday on how many people were out and about, us included! :) I will be anxious to read other answers and see what prices are all over the US. Sure is going to make it hard for folks to travel this summer, my family included, instead of using our tax rebate for something fun, like a vacation, it will probably be used to keep our vehicles running this summer, how sad is that?

My husband has started driving the van back and forth to work and I'm driving our small car, this way I can get 2 weeks out of a tank of gas and he can get 2 weeks out of a tank of gas.
