Perhaps you should try to educate yourself in economics before making statements about the decisions your president has taken. You sound like one of those tea party fools who were against bailing out the banks, thinking they were 'defending' America's values... get a grip on reality and read sophisticated newspapers (ever heard of the Financial Times) in order to form your own opinion, don't just gobble down O'reilly's speeches following his political agenda!
Your question is essentially partisan and thoughtless. Bush left the cupboard bare, the country in a historically deep recession. And involved in two immensely costly wars.
If you were even a tiny bit thoughtful, you'd have to admit that ANY president, of ANY party would have had a terrible mess on his hands, when taking over after eight years of Bush-Cheney! Apparently, you aren't honest enough to place the blame squarely where it belongs. You are like someone who sets fire to his house, so that the structure engulfed in flames, when the fire fighters arrive, and then blames them for the damage.
Bush/Cheney set the fire. Obama has been trying to put it out. You are now blaming him for starting it.
I'm not impressed by your logic. Go stand in the corner.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
