Debt was $10.6T after Bush, soon to be $16.4T under Obama, at this rate how much will Obama spend in 4 years?

Close to 7 trillion dollars if you included the repaid TARP funds that were not sent to Treasury to repay the debt. Bush started off with 5 trillion national debt, is credited with a debt of 10 Trillion national debt, now if Obama had repaid the TARP loans (700 billion) as required by Law the debt would be 9 trillion-ish. So we have end value of 4 trillion of added debt in 8 years for Bush So we can actually move 1 trillion dollars to Obama from Bush since Obama did not repay the TARP loans to treasury as required and kept in general accounting and spent it then you subtract the 9 from 16 and you get 7 trillion dollars for Obama.

Bush presided over a debt increase from 6 trillion to 12.9. Thus far Obama has presided over 12.9 to 15.9. Although the Congress is responsible for our nation's budget - I still can't stand the gross staggering volume of lies that mainstream Republicans have blindly accepted as reality.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
