Did it take you a while to get into Pink Floyd?

Well.. I first started LISTENING (when I was little I liked rock music but didn't really listen to anything) to rock music when I started listening to Green Day, back then when American Idiot came out. Then I started listening to other punk bands (not that American Idiot is punk in any way)..and I didn't really like any other genre very much So it took me a while to get into many bands that I like now, especially metal bands. Although I had some good (rock) musical knowledge, I didn't really like other stuff Now, my favorite band is Megadeth (people always need time to get used to Mustaine's vocals).

And I admire Iron Maiden a lot. So I'd say Megadeth and Maiden.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
