Do teacup pigs really make good pets?

I asked the same question also and I got a reply from someone who actually owns one. She said she loves the Pennywell Miniature Pigs (teacup pigs) (also known as ‘’miniature or Micro/Mini pigs’’) because they are so cute and intelligent. She said they love to eat and since she has a lot of food that always end up in the trash, she has finally seen a ‘’food companion’’.

According to her, the teacup pigs do not remain small as people think, they do grow and by the time they are two years of age they might weigh over 150 pounds. So , it would not be the right choice of pet for someone who wants a tiny or portable pet and they also require space and can go to the trash can if it is kept in their sight. They are adorable, intelligent and homely but not meant for everyone.

They can make good pets if trained from a young age and spayed/neutered. The penneywell ones are 75-100lb pigs, not really teacup but they are when they are born. I raise micro minis, my biggest ones are 50lbs and I have adults that will be 25lbs full grown.

They range in price depending on size- website is dragonflyhollands.com/contact.html.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
