Does Russia have the funds and technical capability to put a man on Mars by 2025?

I don’t see why not, there are many trained engineers in Russia, I think the figures bandied about in the United States are too high this country has lost its way when it comes to space exploration, if we made a determined effort to go we could have people there within a decade but we come up with so many reasons why it cannot be done not why it can. It is really hard to believe reading all the literature that is out there on different types of propulsion systems that we cannot can create one that will get us around the solar system. It is a lack of will and funding.

The NASA has barely grown for years and has not kept with inflation what the public does not realize is that there has been so many technology spin-offs because of the Apollo program. We are in real danger of becoming a second rate country.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
