Is China planning to send a Man to Mars to prove technical capability?

They have announced nothing about sending human beings to Mars, and it would be premature for them to start planning it, since they've never even sent a human to the moon or a robot to Mars. There are somewhat secretive plans to send a probe to Mars. They're not launching it on their own rocket, but piggybacking on a Russian mission.It will not land on Mars; it's just an orbiter.

Other Chinese scientists have started to set its sights on Mars, but no programs have begun. They are much more likely to do a manned lunar mission first.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
