Doesn't the police's appalling attitude to "Paki-Nons-Gate" prove that the UK establishment ...?

It stinks doesn't it, dunno why they don't just be honest and put up a sign saying 'whites need not apply' it's racist and equality never sprung from that source.

It can be argued that it is when you see that. I work in the NHS and there are examples of courses and the like offered to Black and Ethnic minorities excluding those who are not deemed to be from a minorty (i.e. White) and this is wrong.

I am against discrimination, and 'positive' discrimination is still discrimination. Yes, those who are black and from certain ethnic minorities are under represented, and yes, some experience racism. But discriminating against those who are not from an ethnic minority to make the situation more equal is wrong.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
