Every time I start running or jogging, I get a runny nose. How do I prevent this?

Try allergy medication. Zyrtec makes me drowsy, so I get Claritin and it works wonders. One dissolve-in-your-mouth tablet per day can get you up and running like a champ.

Without it, I probably wouldn't be running 5Ks every weekend. At least not as well. By the way, if you are running in the cold, that might cause the runny nose as well.

I sometimes get runny noses and teary eyes when running in cold weather, and there is nothing you can really do. Except probably running against the wind. I hope I helped; have a great day, and keep on running!

Maybe you are running in the wrong weather, cold and humid air could be condensating in your nose. It could also be an allergy (because of the dust and pollen in the air). Either way, it is a defense mechanism so don't try to prevent it (only avoid it), just keep your nose clean.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
