This diet your on, is not for the REAL world. Its a quick fix....but thats about it. I would try the GI DIET...lots of food, all the time....and its a great eating plan for life.
I would also read BODY FOR LIFE, if you want your exercise to really work well for you. I do like the fact that you are eating a lot of mini meals.....eating all the time is important but for a man..its not enough of calories, especially with your workout regimen. You need alot more protein and fiber.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
