Eyeliner or liquid eyeliner?

I think you should use makeup remover when removing your eyeliner. Makeup wipes are the best option. That way it'll remove your eyeliner easily and you won't have to smudge it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
