Avon's waterproof mascara. I've tried a lot of different eyeliners... I always use liquid because it doesn't smudge like pencil- and then waterproof mascara my bottom eyelashes. I randomly picked up a liquid liner that is heaven for a buck at Kmart... and I've been using it forever and the label rubbed off.

It's almost gone and I can't figure out what it is! Expensive isn't always better I guess. Wet N' Wild's waterproof liquid liner doesn't work-- it smudges in the creases of your eyes.

I suggest going to CVS or somewhere where you can try makeup and return it used if you don't like it... (just save the reciept)except for the Avon mascara... because that works. It doesn't rub off-- and it stains my lashes so it looks like I've got mascara on for an extra day if I don't really scrub it off. BTW-- Avon does test on animals now despite their mixed messages-- so if you are going cruelty free- I would look elsewhere.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
